Comprehensive Firearms Training with Arizona DPS CCW Certification
Interested in learning about firearms? This 6+ hour class is perfect for you! Whether you’re a beginner or looking to deepen your knowledge, our in-depth training will cover everything from firearm mechanics to safety and the laws surrounding firearms. By the end of the class, you’ll be certified with the training you need to obtain your Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) permit.
Our goal is to ensure you have a thorough understanding of firearms, and if you choose, you can receive your CCW permit with an additional $50 fee. This fee includes all the necessary paperwork and DPS-certified fingerprint cards. You can either pay this fee during the class or sign up for our CCW class online to confirm your spot in advance.
Class Details
- Price: $65 for the 6+-hour course
- Includes class costs, DPS paperwork, and fingerprint cards
- Payment options: Cash, credit, debit
- Includes range time, DPS paperwork, and fingerprint cards
- Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be a legal possessor (see website for more information)
- What you'll need:
- A government-issued photo ID like a driver's license, passport, state ID card, or military ID
- Notebook and pen
- Approved caliber (9mm, .40, or .45.)
- Safety equipment (hearing and eye protection)
- At least 100 rounds of target ammunition (extra recommended)
- Holster or duty belt (if available)
- 2-3 ammunition magazines for your weapon
- Equipment Rentals:
- Firearms: $25 per class
- Safety equipment: $2 per class
- Ammunition (9mm, .40 cal., and .45 cal.): $20 per box
- Rentals and ammunition can be added during your purchase.
